Too many people set targets and then simply sit around looking forward to how wonderful life will be once they’ve achieved them.
That is definitely not what commitment is.
Tommitment is about being prepared to take the actions that will get the job done despite any blips, bad days or obstacles that might get in your way. So get excited about those results, but make no mistake, if you don’t consistently get your workouts done and support your training with a healthy diet.
Those results will never exist outside of your imagination and you’ll never find out how amazing it feels to have achieved them.
